Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Bija, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Bija Pathway Refund Policy
The Company provides a money-back guarantee for the Pathway. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to attend the connection circles, special guest speaker sessions, and make the most out of all of the principles in the Pathway. The Company provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for the Pathway. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you attended at least one connection circle and watched one education session and that they were unacceptable in your opinion. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of signing up to the Pathway, contact our support team at misty@joinbija.co and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 EST. You must include proof that you attended at least one connection circle and watched one education session with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include this proof by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.
We will NOT provide refunds more than 15 days following the date of your pod starting. After day 15, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the Pathway regardless of if you complete the Pathway.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms of Use. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Bija. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 15th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
